- 2 large Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 stick butter
- ½ pkg. Crown Spice
Separate canned rolls into eight triangles and roll one around each piece of apple. Place in a baking dish. Combine orange juice, butter, and Spice in a saucepan. Heat until spices are dissolved and butter is melted. Pour orange mixture over apples. Bake, uncovered at 375°.
- 1 lb. of carrots
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ pkg. of Crown Spice
- water – just enough to cover carrots
Cut carrots to 1” slices and bring to a boil. Add sugar and spices and continue to boil until water reduces to a thin glaze.
(Option: use 2 cups of orange juice and reduce the amount of water for an orange-glazed carrot)
